Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the mobile games published by Ocean Peak Games ("we", "our games") use, and how. It applies to every game we publish on Google Play and the App Store.
Who we are
Ocean Peak Games is the name under which our games are made and published. Depending on the store, a game may be listed under the name of the individual developer who publishes it on our behalf. This policy applies to all of our games in the same way, whichever name the store shows, and you can reach us about any of them at support@oceanpeakgames.com.
1. Information we collect
Our games do not collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number or precise location. No account is required to play.
Your progress (levels, trophies, coins, settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling a game deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our games are free and supported by ads served by Google LLC's AdMob service. To show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and use:
- your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA)
- IP address and approximate location (country or city level)
- device model, operating system version, language and network information
- your interactions with ads (views and clicks)

3. Your choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, our games ask for your consent to personalised ads the first time you play. You can change that choice at any time from the game's Settings › Privacy screen.
- On iPhone and iPad, the game asks permission before using your advertising identifier. You can change it at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Settings › Google › Ads.
4. Rewarded videos
Watching a rewarded video is always optional. A video only starts when you tap a button that says what you will get.
5. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Security and retention
Because we collect no personal information and keep no player data on any server, we hold no data about you. Data collected by our advertising partner is kept under Google's policies.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published at oceanpeakgames.com/privacy with its effective date.
